However, leaders with very good intentions often fail. “Be open, be honest, be courageous…” - all these are very good words. But leaders need actions, not words. Actions like: - Going to the field every working day; - Saying “thank you” when you hear bad news; - Stopping the job when significant problems are reported by your employees.
